Maude Yeaton MacKenzie was born in Farmington, Maine on Jan. 22, 1905. She was a 1923 graduate of Farmington High School and a 1924 graduate of the Maine School of Commerce in Auburn, Maine. In 1932 she married Bert A. MacKenzie and together they lived in Orono, Maine all of their lives. Maude MacKenzie was an active member of various clubs and organizations including the Maine Federation of Women's Clubs, the Orono Woman's Club, the Norumbega Club and the Daughters of the American Revolution.
